"Eight months in the making, this is an attempt to educate the masses. Not necessarily to convert people into fans, in fact, this is more for the semi-fans who insist on ignoring everything but the Gold compilation.

Thanks mainly to tribute bands and the stage show Mamma Mia!, people are forgetting the true ABBA. Too much of their modern image revolves around the (deliberately) crazy costumes and happy-go-lucky lyrics. The real ABBA had so much variety.

And so was conceived this chronology - it's the fairest and most interesting way to present the history of the foursome. Listen to their sound evolve from folk to synthpop via many others; note the experiments with reggae, funk, classical and techno. Watch their fashion and lyrics mature.
