Ever Notice Nathan Fillion in Saving Private Ryan?

Was just watching Saving Private Ryan again and as this scene approached, I started realizing the actor I was about to see felt familiar. I hadn't last watched the flick since long before I'd discovered Firefly and now Castle, so it was an interesting surprise to realize a young Nathan Fillion played this pivotal role. Am I the only one?

His performance in this short scene was so impactful that I recalled his face and emotion enough to recognize him from memory before he was even on my screen.
