Beautiful sad song for a suicide: "Sweet Old World"

I already have two other great songs in the queue which aren't getting voted up, so I figured I'd go for the trifecta. Emmylou Harris covers Lucinda Williams in this terrifically bittersweet sad song for a suicide. The way she sings this live version, presented by BBC4, it's actually a little difficult to make out some of the words -- clearly intended for an audience who already knows it well -- but a studio version (set to a stupid slideshow) is on YT, and a good Williams live version too.
