This is a clip from a show called The Junior Christain Science Bible Lesson Program, a Christian show where they play a brand of noise rock that only someone really high could, use puppets in very unsynchronized ways and have druggy anti-drug rants. I love it!

This particular rant is a guy named James Quall giving multiple impressions while giving an anti-drug rant. I'm not sure if these guys have just taken too many drugs or if they need to be on many assortments of drugs. If you like it check out full episodes on Youtube.
