Promo for the 1996 Doctor Who TV Movie, a US-UK co-production. (= as if someone put the Doctor in any terrible 90s US action movie, including a gang war, many car chases and explosions - and, of course, a love story) It also contains Eric Roberts as an Americanized action hero Master.
