General Keith Alexander, NSA Chief, answered the following question under oath: "Does the NSA have the ability to listen to American's phone calls or read their emails under these programs?"

Alexander dodges the question and gives another answer, "No, we don't have that authority."

And then Shepard Smith is annoying for the rest of the video.
