Why is it that people feel unable to approach those involved when they're bothered by something? Instead there's all this reliance on intermediate organisations and the person making the complaint basically demonstrates that they don't have the balls to stand up for what they believe in - that or they know damn well that their criticisms have no merit.

I could understand if it was a group of teenage boys causing mischief, or miscreants of a dangerous nature. But when it's a mother and her wee lass there's zero excuse for hiding behind some third party.
