Cop Attacks Uber Driver

Crazed NYPD Terrorism Task Force cop (Patrick Cherry) verbally attacks, racially insults, and threatens an Uber driver and smacks his car because the driver honked at the cop who was apparently not using their signal to illegally double park, blocking traffic.
