Justice is served!

The University of Cincinnati’s Bearcat mascot was arrested on Saturday. The costumed character got involved in a snowball fight during Saturday’s game against Pittsburgh, which the team lost 28-10. The Bearcat mascot, Robert Garfield III, was throwing snowballs at Pitt fans, when a University of Cincinnati police officer reportedly asked Garfield to stop.
Pair of handcuffs

Garfield apparently didn’t want to stop, and physically resisted the police officer. Not shockingly, Garfield was arrested.

As to Garfield’s charges, it sounds like he’s going to get off relatively easy, as he was cited with disorderly conduct, rather than assault on an officer. Instead of being carted off to jail, he was taken to the Athletics Department office on UC’s campus
