Strength for the body... strength for the soul... oh shudder.

Holy Crap... That is f*cking terrible.

In fact, I got this via Everything Is Terrible Except their vid doesn't have an embed, so this is just the trailer for the DVD... which is terrible all and of itself.

It saddens me, because I used to have such a crush on Janine in the days of Northern Exposure. But now I find she's a brainwashed christ yogaer, and someone who is decidedly un-christian and vain in that she pumps crud into her lips until she has fish lips.

And there are christians who are really scared about yoga as being a way for the devil to enter into you. Listen to crud like this and just cry at the moronicness of these people.
