I saw this whole show on TV about a week ago, very good show. It was obviously before the election but after Obama won the primaries. I think it was during the summer, but I don't remember any specific context. It was recorded in America (New York IIRC), London and South Africa, it's a little confusing when it cuts.

His suit changes instantaneously when it cuts: 0:07, 4:23, 5:21, etc.

That's a pretty good cut if it happens in midsentence and I barely noticed it the first time around.
