This is a very rare recording of legendary American composer Charles Ives, singing a politically charged version of patriotic anthem 'They Are There'. Why do you hate America, Charles Ives?

Kronos Quartet's 'Black Angels' album (very highly recommended for lovers of modern western art music) features a version of this song in which they add string accompaniment.
