My guess is it was a tight fit getting it in, it's been in there a while, then the building settled a bit or humidity caused some wood somewhere to swell and it just plain old "got stuck" in there for good!

Edit: I just re-read what I wrote above -- it does not sound like I'm talking about what I saw in the video clip...
