Disgruntled employee plows through the crowd in his car at the Dutch Queen's Day celebration after getting fired from his job. 5 killed, 13 wounded.

Queen's Day is known for its free market all over the country, where anybody is allowed to sell things in the streets. Other activities include childrens games and musical performances.

This just proves the point I have been making for years. Guns aren't the only weapon you can use to take out a lot of people in a little amount of time.
