The Conservative government's controversial crime bill passed a final vote in the House of Commons Monday, in spite of <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.itcouldgetworse.com/>much online activism, several online petitions of 100,000+ signatures, and efforts amend the bill by opposition MPs.
