Bush admits his administration probably leaked CIA name

Bush wonders how much time and money would have been saved if only the person responsible for leaking the name would have come forward. (Apparently they are on the "honor system" at the White House.) Since that didn't happen there is no need to drag this out any further to find out who that person was. He feels the issue has "run its course and now we're going to move on".
