Following Saturday’s murder/suicide by Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher, Bob Costas delivered an anti-gun monologue during Sunday Night Football halftime. In it he quoted this column by sportswriter Jason Whitlock and subsequently provoked an instant outcry on Twitter.
