Baby Seals saved from GHOST FISHING LINES

Ghost fishing lines and ghost nets are a massive problem for our marine life, including our Cape Fur Seals. Especially young and playful animals as our baby seals mistake ocean pollution and plastic rubbish for food or toys, and they often end up fatally entangled.

As they continue to grow, the entanglement cuts deeper and deeper into their flesh, until they cannot feed themselves anymore, they suffocate, or they succumb to horrible infection.
