Asiago Pretzels

HEY ! this got me in the mood to make pretzels tomorrow. I might make the dough tonight I am so encouraged.

Pretzels are not hard to make, they are fun to make with the kids and they taste damn good. I like it when you boil them a little longer on the thinner pieces and it gets chewy after you bake them.

COARSE SALT IS A MUST.
