Ashland Cops Use Taser On Restrained 18 Year Old

Ashland City, TN - A newly filed federal lawsuit has claimed Cheatham County Sheriff's Deputies used excessive force on an 18-year-old in custody in 2016.

Jordan Norris was arrested on drug and weapons charges last November and spent several days in Cheatham County Jail.

"I'll keep on going until I run out of batteries..ha-ha-ha."

It's unclear how a man, double handcuffed, hobbled, and secured in a restraint chair posed a threat to the officer or resisted anything, or what made the officer ignore his training and taser manufacturers strict guidelines about how to use them without risking death. That's why he'll likely end up a millionaire....with tax payer money.
Good thing for him those cameras worked.
