I saw him the other day (we live in the same town), wearing a T-shirt with artwork based on his face. I told him it was cool. He said he could never make any money on his merchandising (CDs, Tshirts) -- he kept giving everything away. It's good to know he got a little sumthin' sumthin' from this gig.

Here's what Youtube says about this: He has shared the stage with world-renowned musicians Aerosmith and Garrison Keillor. He even inspired the Grammy award-winning song Spoonman by Soundgarden and has been a guest on The Late Show with David Letterman. Now Artis "The Spoonman" is the star of his own music videos as part of Dairy Queen's newly redesigned Blizzard Fan Club Web site at www.blizzardfanclub.com
