A life size Team Fortress 2 sentry gun made by special effects team WETA. Can track motion and has audio. Given as a gift and setup in the Valve headquarters

While the Heavy is, in essence, a walking sentry, this is by no means anywhere near the threat that he is.

Weta Workshop is awesome, they do a lot of these kinds of things.
