His mother has absolutely no control over him it seems! I don't know why he started filming him in the first place, maybe he was acting up in the car park and he took his opportunity. It mildly amuses me that such awful parenting is going to have it's consequences, I hope this kids mother has a permanent headache for the next 20 years, I'm sure his neighbours will
