Epidsode XXV in Season 2 of Samurai Jack shows Jack coming upon a battle where a small army of men stands against a vast mechanical army of minotaurs. According to commentary on the episode, Genndy Tartakovsky, creator of Samurai Jack was inspired by the graphic novel, 300, by Frank Miller.
