Frilled Neck Lizard Attacks 'Rescuer'

breaddoughrising says...

I like coming up with wild hypotheses and narratives, so here is one: The lizard saw its reflection in the camera phone. Being highly territorial, it therefore attempted to chase off the intruder who was staring him down in the reflection of the backside of the camera phone. Eventually, the "tree" supporting the camera phone reflected intruder stopped moving and the lizard ran up the "tree" and confronted the reflected intruder. However the camera phone was eventually moved for a side view causing the intruder to disappear. The lizard suddenly found itself upon a moving "tree" whose branches could move and grasp onto him, and it decided to get the heck out of Dodge.

Two options for that one, either also into the vest, but obscured from view by his left forearm, or it is behind his right hand and he dropped it into his pants. I decree that magicians should only be filmed in 60 frames a second.

I usually keep my crazy ideas to myself, but could it not be the bird is trying to increase exposed area of the roof towards the sun? The darker roof will absorb more solar radiation and become warm enough to melt the snow. He even takes his board with him, presumably to hasten another source. Where else is a bird supposed to find water in sub freezing temps? I tell you, these things are probably that smart.
