Drawing on a $1 bill is not destroying the bill, which is what the law you are referring to is addressing. I hear this stated all the time, and its simply a misinterpretation of the law. The intent to make it unfit for circulation is an entirely different story....as in making dollar bill snowflakes. Though I will admit that glittering a bill with glue might be walking the line.

I'm calling shenanigans. I'm fairly sure browsing employers cannot see the race at all, so that eliminates that as a possibility. I know from experience whenever I've scrapped an old job search profile and created a new one...I got hits, when I hadn't heard from anyone for months. They may have something interesting going on with the name...I'm not sure. In my personal opinion I think it's far more likely the creation of an entirely new profile is explanation enough to account for the increase in attention. Racism and discrimination is still an issue in this country, but I don;t think this is a very good demonstration of the problem

Cause it did? Just because the government does one awful thing doesn't mean it's responsible for all awful things. Nothing about 9/11 was an "inside job", and I wish people would stop saying it. It's not true, the evidence doesn't support it. Stop bringing it up whenever there is talk about real government cover-ups instead of imaginary ones.

It's pretty easy to judge from the outside looking in. They don't call it the death zone for no reason. It's generally considered the point of no return. If you cannot make it back largely on your own power in the death zone...you don't make it back. It would taken large team equipped specifically for rescue to bring him down, and even then at a high risk to everyone on the team. It's a tragedy for sure, but nobody is to blame except David Sharp.
