Video submitting bug? CNN video incorrectly regarded as dupe

I'm having a problem with this CNN embed. When submitting, the below embed code gets a "dupe" response pointing to the following video, which is definitely not a dupe:
http://www.videosift.com/video/Pumpcast-News
Anybody know a way to get around it?
