We have added a new invocation: *spammer



Until now the only lines of defense for privileged members to respond to scumbag puppy-molesting comment spammers have been clicking the "flag spam" link on a comment or Insta-Banning them on their profile. Both of these have several obvious drawbacks, which I won't get into here.

The new *spammer invocation is restricted for use only by Ruby Members and up, and is to be executed on the offending member's profile page. The low-life will immediately be ban-hammered and have all their comments redacted. There is no frequency cap on this invocation, so it is restricted for use only on new accounts.
