This is in California City, CA in the Mojave Desert, it's the Wasteland Weekend Post-Apocalyptic movie annual desert party and festival! Mad Max Fury Road style vehicles, mud trucks, maybe even Furiosa cars, Mad Max costumes. Cars and trucks inspired by the movie and also other creative vehicles. This looks like a behind the scenes of a Mad Max movie set.
