Yeah now I remember why started doing it, for some reason I wanted to keep my average votes per video and general quality of submitted videos at a high level, which is now sitting at 34.28 .

personal quality control. Get's to 10 votes on one pass or it gets scraped. Feel free to re-submit it yourself I don't like videos hanging around my personal queue. I'm not sure when I started with this anal habit.. I'll have to ask the other guys in my head.

I was too lazy to go back and verify the spelling -- which I still struggle with even after all these years....

The sifter. I think that is a noble and uplifting label!
