thanks! that looks awesome. i like the part where she said you have to step outside of the scene and the culture, it's not punk to only surround yourself with people who share your interest/pov. i think that's a lot of what happens to punk kids as they age. the "scene" gets boring. even when i go to shows now (not often), after 15 years... it's still the same conversations, in the same clothes, the same haircuts, the same message over and over and over again. and while i think that consistency is really cool in some ways, how boring to be 30 and never evolve. wheeeeee
