From a comment search, you have 38 of them (including one that wasn't in the comment below) and zifnab (timekeeper lev 1) has 76 (he can't be far off lev 2 though). Although the exact number required isn't publicised, 221 will get you to lev 3.

Well, from what we see anyway. The driver of the car gets up and picks up his clearly also alive child. At the end of the clip, you can see the white minibus, starts to drive off again briefly.

But anyway, snuff usually means a graphic video resulting in watching the actual death of a person. We don't see anybody die with our own eyes in this video, and I also believe them all to be alive at the end of the video IMHO.
