This is a nice website for content. Nonetheless, I always thought the comments were the best part: informative, well educated, funny, etc. However, my experience is that although some here provide insightful commentary, many established users bully new users whose views they don't agree with. For the site as a whole, I think this is a terrible problem. It is new perspectives that enrich this site and provide it with longevity, with all due respect to established and capable users whose ethics are sound and sifts are provocative.
With crap like this left on my profile, I can't tell you how sad I am.
And, since you made some comment about my "... gorilla downvote tactics ..."
I deleted this other gem from my profile but it's still in my email:

Out of the 200 or so comments you've made, I've downvoted 3 and upvoted 1. One of those downvotes was over a month ago. Hardly a vindictive downvote spree made from a "bullying" member. Guess what pal, the internet is serious business!
