Police Caught Covering Up Fellow Officers Drunk Driving

Police in Franklington La tried to falsify accident reports to cover for a fellow officer that was drunk and had driven into oncoming lanes. The cops truck was found on the wrong side of the road surrounded by beer cans and bottles, filled with beer cans and bottles and open alcoholic beverages, the cop was disoriented, slurring, and stumbling. The victim was in a coma.

Initial reports put the victim at fault, simply declared the victim had crossed to the other side of the road despite the accident having happened on his, with all tire markings proving that clearly the officer had crossed sides.

The officer, hours later at the hospital, tested at .095 alcohol level.

Despite ALL evidence, the report mentioned NONE of that and showed a false road diagram to indicate how they claimed the accident happened.

The victims father investigated himself, finding all the alcohol at the scene and video from a convenience store proving the officer clearly and undeniably caused the accident and State Police covered for their own and blamed his son, denying him compensation for his massive injuries and making him liable for the officers losses/injuries.

This was not accidental or from negligence. This is another case of cops sticking together to blame their own crimes on their own victims.

Never EVER believe a single word a cop says, and if you are ever on a jury consider anything they claim impossible because it’s impossible for police to be honest.
