Hilariously it's actually only the summary of the so far unreleased word for word transcript ....and still it totally shows the president in his official capacity asking for foreign political help in the form of a baseless investigation of his political rival by a foreign leader.
One wonders what's in the word for word transcript they continue to hide that would make releasing this damming summary seem smart by comparison.

They came STRAIGHT FROM THE WHITE HOUSE
no source tampering, and it's not ahe said she said. It's the president on the phone and the source is the white house.

New Black Panthers offer reward for capture of Zimmerman

Porksandwich says...

Zimmerman should hope they release a lot of information done by both white and black investigators from all over. If he doesn't get some very public information showing that they can't find evidence to arrest him or put him before a jury and convince them. The only thing that is going to allow him to live any sort of life after this is that kind of public release with many of the investigators involved saying the same exact thing....no discrepancies and no one better be left saying the police didn't interview them. No one should say the security cameras were not checked. No one should say phone records were not collected. The botched investigation has at much to do with the outrage as Zimmerman chasing down Trayvon and killing him. If the investigation were done properly there would not be all of this doubt and intrigue around the case, buy they know they screwed up, otherwise they would have come forward with the information instead of getting outside investigations into it. Or someone knows they screwed up, and ordered it that way to cover their ass.

The racism part of it will never be satisfied to any sort of middle ground for most people...just is not going to happen at this point.

If they fail to do all of this one more time, Zimmerman will be screwed. I don't even think witness protection would keep people from recognizing him for quite awhile after this, if he could get it.

And shang, I don't believe you. I've seen other people say a lot of these things and anything they point to gets debunked a day later.

If they had eye witness reports of Trayvon attacking Zimmerman, they would not have news reports saying there is about a minute of unknown sequence of events between the 911 call ending and a witness seeing Zimmerman on his back with Trayvon on top.

Trayvon has no arrest record that has ever come out. There ARE people making claims that he has a "criminal activity record", making it sounds like a police record. But when questioned the best they can come up with is that the school suspended him for....... and even a lot of that is made up and debunked after the news "breaks" it and they have to retract their claims. Zimmerman has 4 case records, 2 are related to him having an encounter with an officer where he got PTD. 2 are related to domestic violence case in civil court. So he has been arrested and taken what amounts to a "get your shit straight or be found guilty" program in lieu of trial for it being his first offense.

According to a witness, Zimmerman was not found on the ground when police arrived. He was standing over Trayvon just moments after he shot him. Police found him this way. Otherwise, Trayvon would have been laying on top of him if he was still found on the ground..since Trayvon was on top of him during the fight and supposedly when he shot and killed him.

SYG has stipulations for home defense in line with Castle Doctrine, but it does not apply here unless they have unreleased information saying that he was trying to defend his vehicle. I am of the opinion that Trayvon Martin should be covered under SYG, but I won't post all that here...it's in another sift on here regarding TYT covering the case.

Course Kashmir was a ripoff song also as explained by Jimmy Page, he took the guitar riff from another song
course most all of Led Zeppelin's songs are like that, which they've been accused for over the years, brief mentions on wikipedia, but Jimmy Page on the latest documentary "It Might Get Loud" admits to ripping off the guitar riff from another song for Kashmir
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODidAgdL40Y

Um... he didn't 'rip off the riff'... he took a part of another of HIS songs and used it. Musicians do that all the time. Swan song was an unreleased track, and the tape he was talking about was HIM playing.

Geeze... if you're going to accuse people of ripping off music, accuse the right people for the right songs!

pink floyd-the final cut-unreleased short film

Trancecoach says...

I have a difficult time counting this album as within the Pink Floyd discography. Sure, it's the music of Nick, Dave, and Roger, but this sounds more like the aftershocks of The Wall and the fallout within the band that it precipitated.

Just as Rick and David played on Syd Barrett's solo album, "Barrett," I see this as Nick and David playing on Roger's solo album, "The Final Cut."

And while I love Pink Floyd (from Piper, to Saucerful, to Atom Heart Mother -- maybe parts of Umma Gumma -- to Meddle, to Animals, to Dark Side, to the Wall, et. al.), I have little tolerance for any of the band's solo material, including Rogers', in which I count this particular music.

I'd like to say to Roger, someday, "For gosh sakes, man, wasn't the double-album, gigantic stage show, and feature film enough to get the message across? You didn't have to try to make a sequel out of it, did you?"

>> ^wormwood:

Wow! I had no idea this existed. Great find, and super cool. The video really opens up the atmospheric music and personal lyrics of this material, which is otherwise some of Floyd's least accessible. The "Not Now John" segment was actually on rotation as a single video on Mtv at the time--I remember seeing it in high school. I suppose this entire short film was also shown there at least once around that time too.
BTW, Rick Wright doesn't play on this album at all--Waters fired him during the making of The Wall and did not invite him back for The Final Cut (though Wright did play at the Wall concerts). Sadly, his name should probably be removed from the tags, just as the man has now been removed from our lives. RIP. :-(

The World Is Saved

Yeah hindsight is 20/20..and I probably won't start playing the piano or doing any of that..my one regret was never learning japanese, which ironically I originally wanted to do so I could play unreleased games from Japan..but also because I wanted to travel there and be an English teacher..I may still go as a missionary, but if I go anywhere it would probably be to the middle east. Wasting time, I've just done too much of that..so I've quit nearly cold turkey..life has a habit of passing you by you know..

>> ^rottenseed:
Well wishing doesn't do much good does it. Why don't you start playing piano now? How about that kung fu? Yea if I saved every dollar from the day I started working I'd have loads of money by now. And if I started working out this time last year, I'd have a six pack. Who doesn't think like that? It's just the way it is...you spent the time they way you felt like spending it, there's no use in crying about it now.
edit: (but yea videogames are kind of just a time killer)>> ^shinyblurry:
As a used to be hardcore gamer, who spent countless hours beating hundreds upon hundreds of games, from atari 2600 on, who worked for video game companies and contributed to some of the best games ever made, I can safely say that I wish I had used all that time to do something productive. I could be a piano playing, juggling, multi-lingual artistic black belt by now. I have great reflexes, sure..I can hit a guy two miles away with a railgun without crosshairs, that's true..but I really don't think thats adequate compension for all my wonderful memories of sitting in front of a screen for a good portion of my life. When you count the time I've spent on the internet I barely register as a human being. Nostalgia is great until you process it into reality.

Climategate: Dr. Tim Ball on the hacked CRU emails

NordlichReiter says...

Here DGahndi you can read them for yourself.

http://wikileaks.org/wiki/Climatic_Research_Unit_emails%2C_data%2C_models%2C_1996-2009

This archive presents over 120Mb of emails, documents, computer code and models from the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia, written between 1996 and 2009.

The CRU has told the BBC that the files were obtained by a computer hacker 3-4 days ago.

This archive includes unreleased global temperature analysis computer source code that has been the subject of Freedom of Information Act requests.
The archive appears to be a collection of information put together by the CRU prior to a FoI redaction process.

I think its simple. If you want to hid your activities when it comes to things important as this then you are suspect.

You know what's bullshit?: DVDs

Eklek says...

The short ident(s) at the beginning rightly belong to a film, I like it when they change the music/look in accordance with the film that comes after.
I miss the VHS forward/rewind noise as well..so from time to time I do watch them oldschool tapes, especially those that are unreleased on DVD.
